How long does shipping take?

Most orders are prepared within 2–4 business days, then arrive in 7–16 business days depending on your region. Every order is insured and tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we currently ship to Europe (including the UK), the United States and Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and the UAE; all prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150 USD.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for anything unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

How should I care for my pieces?

Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep wood and metal pieces away from prolonged direct sun or moisture, and avoid abrasive cleaners.
