Processing
Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking update when your parcel is on its way.

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland & United Kingdom) — Insured International Delivery (7–12 business days).
North America (United States & Canada) — Insured International Delivery (8–14 business days).
Australia & New Zealand — Insured International Delivery (8–14 business days).
Middle East (Israel & United Arab Emirates) — Insured International Delivery (10–16 business days).

Rates
Shipping is $12.99 USD per order and complimentary on orders over $150 USD. All prices on our store are in US dollars (USD). Delivery times above are counted from dispatch, after the 2–4 business days of processing.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email when available from the carrier.

Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delays
